Acme Slate Ltd. is owned and operated by the great-grandsons of William Wright who founded the company in 1919.

Stephen & David continue the family tradition of exacting standards that have established Acme Slate's reputation for craftmanship over the past eighty years.

Acme Slate continues to import and manufacturer slate for uses in floors, walls, roofs, countertops, fireplace surrounds and exteriors. Acme continues meeting the requirements of architects, builders and engineers across Canada.

Our Slate is Grade "A" material that is calibrated and hand sorted on site.
